Malawi & Tanganyika is pH/KH Buffer by Fresh Zlements is expertly formulated to gently elevate your freshwater aquarium's pH and carbonate hardness (KH). This ensures a consistent, balanced environment crucial for the health and vitality of your aquatic life.

This product is ideal for freshwater setups, particularly those that replicate specific lake environments, such as African rift lakes.

Suitable Environments:

General freshwater aquariums: 4-8 dKH

African Rift Lake biotopes:

Lake Malawi/Victoria: 4-8 dKH, pH 7.8-8.5

Lake Tanganyika: 7-12 dKH, pH 8.5-9.2

Instructions:

Shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds before each use.

For direct dosing into the aquarium, dilute with aquarium water first, then slowly add into a high-flow area.

For water changes, add gradually while mixing, then proceed with your water change as usual.

Dosing:

10 mL per 100 L (26 US gallons) raises KH by 1 dKH.

When dosing during a water change, use the appropriate amount for the volume of water being changed.
